Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX, is seeking a highly motivated Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and participate in a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and development.

### Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing customized care plans that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Implement effective treatment interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Provide expert consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
  • Compile detailed discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Current Physical Therapy license is required.
  • Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads welcome.
