We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Country Meadows and Ecumenical Retirement Communities. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents in a loving and caring setting.
Our ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, be able to form lasting relationships with residents and their families, and demonstrate a commitment to their professional development.
The successful LPN will be responsible for devising care plans, coaching colleagues, and overseeing medication orders. They will also educate residents and their families on health matters and serve as the Manager on Duty.
Shifts and BenefitsWe offer a range of shifts, including 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as shift differentials, above-standard industry wages, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
Other benefits include meal plans, PTO, employee assistance programs, pet insurance, free parking, and wellness reimbursement incentives.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a valid LPN license in good standing from the State of Pennsylvania and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or a healthcare setting is preferred.
