- Choose activities and exercises that promote independence and daily living skills.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New York State OT License.
- Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations.
