Job Summary

As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of associates to provide excellent customer service. This role involves training, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will provide valuable input into merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
