Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers.
  • Lead pre-construction initiatives and evaluate project estimates.
  • Collaborate on Value Engineering and procure materials/subcontractors.
  • Draft subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Assist in finalizing agreements and facilitate Construction Plan Meetings.
  • Develop and uphold the construction schedule, project plans, and specifications.
  • Review and organize project submissions, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Set up and oversee project budgets, workforce, and documentation.
  • Foster effective collaboration with the project team and address potential challenges.
  • Supervise subcontractors and update project documentation.
  • Monitor budgets and labor expenditures; maintain equipment schedules and project timelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and participate in meetings.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submissions.
  • Handle invoices, documentation, and proactively address project requirements.
  • Prepare closeout schedules and final documentation.
  • Resolve punch list items and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Ensure readiness for final inspections, complete equipment start-up, and distribute O&M manuals.
  • Manage as-built documentation and warranty details.

Qualifications

  • Experience level: Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
