As a Fuel Station Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel station, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers find the products they need, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Keep the fuel station area stocked, clean, and safe, adhering to all regulations and company standards.
• Support fuel station operations, including ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

As a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00, depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
