Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of general and semi-skilled tasks, including carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
  • Ensure all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service and ability to identify, diagnose, and fix maintenance issues.
  • Load and unload building materials and tools, and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Complete work orders online and work independently and with other team members.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in repairs and maintenance preferred.
  • Skilled in maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical.
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • A sense of pride in your work.
  • Ability to communicate well with people.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Physical requirements include frequent need to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Part of on-call rotation.
  • Must have own tools.
