Career Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to join our team at Bandera Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering resident-specific care to maintain and/or improve skin integrity. You will collaborate with physicians and licensed nurses to develop and modify treatment regimens to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of our residents, in accordance with established medical practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resident-specific care to maintain and/or improve skin integrity.
- Collaborate with physicians and licensed nurses to develop and modify treatment regimens.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements:
To be successful as a Treatment Nurse at Touchstone Communities, you must have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for making lives better are essential qualities for this role.
