Job Overview

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 288-unit Family Community in Sacramento, CA. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for ensuring the community meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate staff, activities, and resources to achieve property goals.
  • Manage the portfolio to maximize occupancy levels and property values.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in on-site property management, with knowledge of Tax Credit properties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with YARDI Voyager.
  • A valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
