Job Summary

St. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Central Sterile Technician to join our team. As a Central Sterile Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Decontaminate and sterilize medical equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and restock Central Sterile trays and supplies
  • Enter data into computer systems and batch patient charge cards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of department locations and access all departments
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a Central Sterile Technician
  • Central Supply Certified certification
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate
