We are a dynamic and growing therapist-owned therapy company seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our team.

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work with our multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Citrus county, providing innovative and state-of-the-art therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain RBT credentials as required by the BACB
  • Follow BACB mandated code of ethics
  • Maintain client safety and dignity
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Collaborate and communicate with other service providers
  • Assist in preparing client materials
  • Follow all rules, guidelines and policies
  • Accept and implement constructive feedback to meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Pediatric experience preferred, not required
  • RBT Certification
