Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores and place product on the floor to ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Product Presentation: Stock and pack out products, front face products, and receive marketing and promotional materials to create an attractive store display.
  • Display Installation: Install and place promotional materials and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
  • Communication: Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta's field technology on your company-issued mobile device as you complete your work and take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
  • Relationship Building: Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Requirements
  • Independence: Enjoy working independently as a Acosta representative but remember you're an extension of the Walmart family.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
  • Time Management: Complete work within the provided timeframe and closely follow detailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time.
  • Accuracy: Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following provided instructions.
  • Reporting: Report your work, the same day you complete it.
