USCG C5ISC Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced USCG C5ISC Transformation Expert to lead initiatives supporting the Acquisition to Sustainment Transition of C5I systems and key stakeholders within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) and Acquisition Directorate (CG-93X) communities.

This role will deliver project management, logistics management, business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement planning and execution across business transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting USCG C5ISC, CG-93X, or CG-6 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead C5I projects' support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics.
  • Develop project plans (i.e., Schedules, Risk Management Plan, Communications Plan etc.).
  • Execute projects / coordinate stakeholders using Teams, SharePoint, Jira or EPM applications.
  • Analyze C5I performance data to determine critical areas of improvement and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting USCG C5ISC, CG-93X, or CG-6 initiatives.
  • Ability to execute projects in both an Agile and Waterfall environment.
  • Ability to direct data analysis efforts to identify data trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents.
  • Ability to shape business development opportunities and guide potential clients towards corporate objectives.
  • Direct client management and interaction within the government sector that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex environment.
  • Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
  • Technical writing/editorial experience.
  • Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP certification desired but not required.
  • Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
