As a Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing health outcomes for our patients. Job Overview:

  • Work closely with a skilled surgical team to provide care for patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
  • Administer both general and regional anesthesia for surgical procedures.
  • Provide obstetric anesthesia and perform newborn resuscitation when necessary.
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the anesthesia care team.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
  • Proficiency in general and regional anesthesia techniques, with the capability to function independently and collaboratively.

Licensure and Certifications:

  • Must possess RN and CRNA licensure in the state.
  • Certification from the NBCRNA Council on Certification is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, day shift; 80 hours biweekly
  • Weekend on-call shifts approximately every tenth to eleventh weekend
  • One holiday commitment per year
