Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at our Fargo Southpointe Office, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll support customers with various financial transactions and serve as a source of knowledge, educating them on an array of bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic transactions accurately and efficiently, covering Deposits, Withdrawals, and Loan Payments/Payoffs
• Maintain accountability for the cash drawer, including balancing currency, coin, and checks
• Demonstrate an eye for detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in processing transactions
• Address fundamental customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
• Create a welcoming environment by promptly greeting customers and providing a standout customer service experience
• Facilitate the opening of various new accounts and educating customers on available services/products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience, cash handling experience, and/or sales experience preferred
• Effective communication
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a team
