Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on building relationships and delivering consistent results.
- Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced automotive environment, with a strong emphasis on multitasking.
- Complete assigned training and certifications, including continuing education courses, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Develop proficiency in basic diagnostic, mechanical, programming, and ADAS calibrations.
- Gain a solid understanding of administrative tasks, including estimating, invoicing, part cost, and pre and post quality control checklists.
- Assist mentor technicians with day-to-day job duties and communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a well-organized work area and test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations.
- Exhibit a self-motivated, positive attitude with a customer-focused vision.
- Be accountable for assigned inventory, including laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, and other equipment provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Desire to learn a skilled trade.
- High school diploma or tech school graduate.
- Automotive repair experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer-focused vision.
