Job Description

The Preschool Learning Facilitator will play a key role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of daily lesson plans, maintaining a safe and attractive classroom environment, and developing positive relationships with each child and their family.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of daily lesson plans that align with the High Scope curriculum and the Reggio Emilia approach.
  2. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment that promotes the optimal growth and development of children.
  3. Develop a positive relationship with each child and promote self-esteem and self-discipline.
  4. Observe each child's growth and development and note behavioral changes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Sound verbal and writing skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Pediatric First Aid and CPR certificate.
