Healthcare Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Alden Estates and Courts of Huntley.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. About the Role:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care services, and medication administration.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the staff nurse.
- Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in nursing arts from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $**48,000 - $65,000 per year**, based on experience.
- Benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

- Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.
