Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Telemetry setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered, document patient responses, and monitor patients' conditions before, during, and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to patient needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Transport patients as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Telemetry setting, preferably in a travel nursing role.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
