**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our team. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors in the field, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of surveyors in the field, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data collection, using Trimble products and software
  • Maintain high-quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, including instrument men

**Requirements**

  • 2 years of experience as a crew chief or similar role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of Trimble products, Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, and Data collectors
  • Ability to take clear and concise field notes and make sketches
  • Understanding and interpretation of construction drawings
