Warehouse Freezer Selector Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Freezer Selector to join our team at McLane Company Inc. As a Warehouse Freezer Selector, you will be responsible for selecting and moving product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and move product through our DCs
  • Ensure orders are filled and loaded for deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
  • Maintain 95% accuracy of selecting and 95% scan rate

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Winning attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

First Shift starting at 7:00AM and goes until work is completed. Currently our warehouse team members are working 8-10hr days. You will work 4 days per week. Some days maybe longer and some maybe shorter depending on the workload for the day.
