Scheduling Specialist

- Maintain and continuously improve the production schedule.
- Provide complete and accurate communication to all levels of the Supply Chain Team.
- Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor, materials, and manufacturing costs.
- Confer with Plant Supervisors, Operators, Procurement, Distribution, and Customer Service to coordinate production and shipping activities.
- Monitor production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business, technical, or behavioral science discipline.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, structured problem-solving tools, and their applications.
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with suppliers, customers, management, and peers.
