Position Overview: Licensed or License Eligible Psychologist

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and evaluations.
  • Design and execute treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
  • Utilize your preferred therapeutic approach, whether individual or couples/family therapy. A commitment of 25 or more sessions per week is required for full-time status; less than 25 sessions per week is classified as part-time.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Engage in case discussions and contribute to collaborative treatment planning.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional growth opportunities.
  • Maintain adherence to all ethical, professional, and legal standards set forth by your licensing body.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
  • Licensed or License Eligible as a Psychologist in Massachusetts.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency in assessment, intervention, and therapeutic practices.
  • Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 USD annually.
