Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of property transactions, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, including financial reports, occupancy reports, and other relevant data.
  • Operational and Financial Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase property occupancy and revenue.
    • Manage and control property expenses, including maintenance, repairs, and other operational costs.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Resident Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Team Leadership

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or hospitality.
    • At least 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on administrative and operational tasks.
    • Experience in staff supervision and management is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex financial and operational data.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, with approximately 80% of the time spent in an office environment and 20% spent inspecting property grounds and performing other tasks that require physical activity.
