At The Greene Turtle, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional BWI Host to join our team. As a BWI Host, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the dining room, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner, providing clear and concise information to our guests.
- Utilize your knowledge of the POS system to ring sales and ensure accurate transactions.
- Practice complete guest service by greeting and welcoming guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food, beverages, and merchandise, to effectively assist our guests with their needs.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout the shift, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in the arrangement of tables for large parties and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with our management team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Clean and neat appearance, with a strong focus on maintaining a professional image.
- Able to report to work as scheduled, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
