OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting. As a travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare team members
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
