Leadership Opportunity Director of Advanced Practice Providers

Start Date and Relocation Bonuses: Up to $40,000 available

Envision Physician Services is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Advanced Practice Providers. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our Advanced Practice Provider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Advanced Practice Provider team, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop the skills of the team, including protocols and guidelines, scheduling, and ongoing education.
  • Supervise Facility Liaisons, Scheduler, and Educator, collaborating with the Regional Medical Director and Operations Team.
  • Oversee staffing guidelines and work with the Scheduler to ensure appropriate coverage at all sites.
  • Collaborate with the Educator to create and execute a robust education program.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and effectiveness in building strong working relationships with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Independent, autonomous, and strong clinical decision-making skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, be engaging, and persuasive – a consensus builder.
  • Team player.
