Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze stock situations to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Generate written correspondence with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Update customer records with special instructions regarding shipping and delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring resolution within 1-2 hours.
  • Complete and close a minimum of 20 cases daily, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
