Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site leadership to analyze quality and customer experience metrics, including identifying root causes of issues.
- Enhance logistics operations by implementing standardized procedures and leading teams effectively.
- Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies.
Supervisory Duties: You will manage a team of Transportation Associates, ensuring they are well-trained and their needs are met so they can concentrate on their responsibilities. A crucial aspect of your role is to drive change at a rapid pace, as innovation has propelled us to our current global standing. Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts is essential.

Basic Qualifications:
