Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site leadership to analyze quality and customer experience metrics, including identifying root causes of issues.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies.

Supervisory Duties: You will manage a team of Transportation Associates, ensuring they are well-trained and their needs are met so they can concentrate on their responsibilities. A crucial aspect of your role is to drive change at a rapid pace, as innovation has propelled us to our current global standing. Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts is essential.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee and performance management.

  • At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques.
