PNC is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineering Group Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Site Reliability team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers to improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our complex software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers to design, develop, and implement reliable and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure reliability and performance align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement technical standards and best practices for the Site Reliability team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
- Manage projects and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
- Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.
- Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
