About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at CVHCare. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will work in collaboration with licensed clinicians to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patients with skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities
  • Assist with exercises, repetitive routines, and other activities as prescribed by clinicians
  • Support patients with getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, and ambulatory transfers
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience working as a Certified Home Health Aide
  • Minimum one year of experience checking vitals and reporting/documenting on clinical charts
  • Home Health Aide Training
  • California Home Health Aide Certification and CPR Certification
  • General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
  • Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
  • Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
  • Strong experience using computers and computer systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail Suite or other systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Work Schedule:

Part-time: 24 hours per week - 18 RVEs per week and per diem (12 visits per week)

Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
