Responsibilities:

  • Sell tickets in person at the ticket office: Provide accurate and efficient ticket sales to our guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets: Accurately process ticket sales, including determining and collecting fees, and issuing tickets to our guests.
  • Accurately and efficiently distribute will call tickets: Ensure timely and accurate distribution of will call tickets to our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Have a positive attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software to process ticket sales and manage customer information.
  • Experience handling large volumes of cash: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
