Job Title: Event Security Officer

American Custom Private Security, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Security Officer to join our team. As an Event Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property at various events, including fairs, festivals, concerts, and sporting events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security services at events, including access control, crowd management, and incident response.
  • Work closely with event organizers, police, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the event site, monitoring for potential security threats and taking proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and other support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including reports and witness statements.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a unified and effective security response.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • State of California guard card registration and any additional permits required.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 18 years of age (21 years of age for some positions).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment:

Events may be held indoors or outdoors, and the work environment may be subject to extreme temperatures, noise levels, and other conditions. The Event Security Officer must be able to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing circumstances.

Physical Demands:

The Event Security Officer must be able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required. The work may involve standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.
