Child Development Professional Career Path

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Professional to join our team at Bright Horizons. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to create engaging curriculum that shapes future learners and leaders.

As a Child Development Professional, you will create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children, maintain open communication with parents, and ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.

The required qualifications for this position include being 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, MA DEEC teacher certification, and one year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings. A CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be between $24.75– $30.20 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and career development opportunities.
