PRIDE Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to support our client's hospital facility in Baltimore.

Job Description & Requirements
  •     Specialty: MRI Technologist
  •     Discipline: Diagnostic Imaging Professional
  •     Reports to MRI Manager or Chief Imaging Technologist/Immediate Supervisor
  •     Performs Diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies
  •     Provides radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results so that a comprehensive diagnostic report is available to referring physician
  •     Licensure, Registration, And/or Certification Required: ARRT (R) (MRI) certified or ARMIT with current registration required

Pride Health is hiring MRI Technologists to support our client's hospital facility in Baltimore. This is a contract with possible extension.
**Must have Siemens exp.**
Diagnostic Imaging Technologists will perform Diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies and provide radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies
  • Provide radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results
  • Orient physicians, residents, staff and student technologist in objectives and applications of magnetic resonance imaging and safety
  • Assists nursing staff in area e.g. witnesses nursing staff in wasting medication and documents in Pyxis

Requirements:

  • ARRT (R) (MRI) certified or ARMIT with current registration required
  • One year of clinical imaging experience
  • BLS via AHA required
