Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the grocery department, by following company standards and guidelines.
  • Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and maximize sales.
  • Build displays to drive incremental sales and create an appealing store environment.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, as well as handling damaged or discontinued items according to company policy.
  • Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • May assist with baling cardboard or other related duties, as well as assisting in other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
