In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality components by assembling parts and subassemblies under the supervision of the Chemical Process Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test Commercial Softeners/Filters and Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Ensure timely completion of daily production tasks.
- Crate and package assembled goods for shipping.
- Process raw materials for product assembly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing or assembly-related issues.
- Stay adaptable to changing processes and requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment through regular 5S housekeeping and adhere to operational protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet shared goals and stay flexible when needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent skills.
- Reading comprehension skills, enabling you to understand instructions, BOM, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Work Conditions:
This position involves frequent walking, talking, and hearing. Occasionally, you may need to stand, sit, and manipulate objects with your hands. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required. Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are essential visual requirements.
The work environment will involve office and manufacturing settings, with occasional necessity to perform tasks beyond traditional office parameters.
Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
