Job Overview:
As a Healthcare Administrative Assistant at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC., you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate records, including patient demographics and treatment plans
• Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and preparing charts
• Collaborate with Nurse Management and Unit Secretaries to ensure effective communication and smooth operations

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training in medical assisting or a closely related field preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of experience as a Unit Secretary
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Successful completion of medical terminology course or passing score of 80% on medical terminology examination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively under stress and in emergency situations
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Salary and Benefits:
