We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Florida Construction Connection, Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our luxury condominium projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project expectations.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on luxury mid-rise and high-rise projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
