Paralegal Specialist

TALMO & ASSOCIATES INC. is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team. We are a law firm specializing in real estate, estate planning, civil litigation, and personal injury law.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing all phases of civil litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial and post-trial activities. This position requires strong research, drafting, and case management skills.

• Assist in managing case files and legal document preparation.
• Conduct research on statues, case law, and legal precedents.
• Communicate with clients to collect necessary documents and provide case updates.
• Prepare, file, and serve court documents in compliance with local and federal court rules.
• Assist with the execution and filings of settlement agreements, dismissals, or consent decrees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working as a paralegal in civil litigation.
