Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Promote Thrifty White initiatives such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, assisting patients with enrollment.
  • Lead the pharmacy team by exemplifying high standards in patient service and providing coaching.
  • Organize and streamline workflows for efficient prescription processing, patient consultations, and clinical service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with long-term care facilities, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty sectors and collaborate with marketing teams.
  • Dispense medications and supplies while providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

Applicants must possess or be able to obtain the following:
  • A valid pharmacy license or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (proof of course completion from an approved ACPE program is required).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
