Job Summary

We're seeking a Fully Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field
  • Licensure in a designated field (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LP)
  • Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
