Job Summary

Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crane maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete customer inspections and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site-based inspectors and technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards, including OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in industrial electrical/mechanical technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in crane service or related field; six months of experience as a service technician preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
