Orientation & Training Overview:

Our training program is one of the few on-the-job truck driver training initiatives in the nation recognized by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program.

Orientation lasts for two weeks at one of our training facilities. The first week consists of a mix of classroom learning and practical load securement training. The second week focuses on equipment familiarization and mastering the DOT Pre-Trip Inspection, along with backing and driving instruction.

Following the orientation, drivers will spend additional time on the road with a trainer to gain valuable driving experience.
