Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Full-time Contract Position in St. Augustine, Florida. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with high school students and provide them with the support they need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Individualized Education Plans: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs, working closely with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups, using evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Masters Degree: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active Florida SLP licensure.
  • Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous school-based experience is highly preferred, but not required.

Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000 based on location and experience.
