About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to assist our residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support our nursing team. As a Caregiver to STNA, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the healthcare field while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents
  • Support the nursing team with tasks such as answering call lights, passing ice and water, and assisting with laundry
  • Participate in activities and events to enhance the quality of life for our residents

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field
  • Eligibility to work in a skilled nursing facility
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
