Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician Clinical Educator Position in Western Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:- Provide interdisciplinary developmental-behavioral evaluations and care for young children with developmental and behavioral health needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, genetic disorders, and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Collaborate with multiple divisions of Baystate Children's Hospital, community resources, and schools to deliver comprehensive care.
- Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students, with a faculty appointment at UMMS Chan-Baystate.
- Develop innovative approaches to teaching and oversee the educational mission of the division.
- Support division goals of improved access to care, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and fiduciary obligations.
- Assist with strategic planning, program development, and fostering philanthropy.
