The Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Cardiac Progressive Care to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Las Palmas Medical Center is a 300+ bed full-service hospital in El Paso, Texas, providing a wide range of services including emergency care, cardiac care, women's services, pediatric care, and more. We are part of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the region that is part of HCA Healthcare.
Salary and Benefits
This position comes with an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, retirement plans, and education assistance. Our team is committed to supporting each other's growth and well-being, both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse Cardiac Progressive Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. You will also participate in Quality Improvement activities and maintain accurate records of patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current RN license in the State of Texas or Compact, BCLS certification, and ACLS certification. A minimum of two years of experience in critical care is preferred, as well as proficiency in EKG and dysrhythmia recognition. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position, as well as basic computer skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records.
