We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist II to join our team at Bileddo Associates. As a Surgical Technologist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to standards and policies of the department and hospital.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- High School or General Education (GED) or equivalent education/experience.
- Completion of a formal accredited Operating Room Technician program.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- CST-Certified Surgical Technologist certification.
- Two (2) years scrubbing experience.
