Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers, as well as professional security officers.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location.
  • Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
  • Meet licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
